The position:
It will involve administering a complex Telecom and Hosting infrastructure with a focus on virtualization technologies. We are a young and enthusiastic team of professionals seeking to grow the team to further improve the existing SLA.
We will need your help with:
Installation, configuration and administration of servers (ESXi, Proxmox, CentOS, Ubuntu etc.)
Advanced troubleshooting at infrastructure level
Identifying incident root causes and, where appropriate, escalating to solution vendors
Developing, automating and implementing best-practice procedures
Resolving support tickets escalated by the Level 1 support team and keeping SLA values within agreed parameters
Following the agreed change management procedures
Active participation in planning, configuring and administering BC/DR procedures
