The position:

• It will involve administering a complex Telecom and Hosting infrastructure with a focus on virtualization technologies. We are a young and enthusiastic team of professionals seeking to grow the team to further improve the existing SLA.

We will need your help with:

• Installation, configuration and administration of servers (ESXi, Proxmox, CentOS, Ubuntu etc.)

• Advanced troubleshooting at infrastructure level

• Identifying incident root causes and, where appropriate, escalating to solution vendors

• Developing, automating and implementing best-practice procedures

• Resolving support tickets escalated by the Level 1 support team and keeping SLA values within agreed parameters

• Following the agreed change management procedures

• Active participation in planning, configuring and administering BC/DR procedures

Our new colleague will help us expand our customer portfolio by:

• Identifying new collaboration opportunities and growing the customer portfolio

• Designing commercial offers and communicating them effectively

• Communicating with customers and prospects in pre- and post-sales stages

• Approaching challenges with a positive and determined attitude

• Periodic QA polls in the premium customer segment

• Participating in meetings, preparing sales pitches and communicating with the technical department as needed during pre-sales activities

• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.

You will have a major advantage if:

• You have sales experience in the Telecom field or a related area

• You understand concepts specific to the Telecom and Hosting domain, or even better, can discuss technical aspects directly with customers

• You can showcase your sales achievements

We\'re looking for a colleague to manage relationships with our existing client portfolio.
Account Management experience is essential; IT/Telecom industry experience is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will receive pre-sales questions from customers and provide them with relevant answers

• Managing the existing customer portfolio with an open attitude in the post-sales relationship

• You will manage ongoing contracts

• You are the link between the customer and the technical team when the customer's technical background is not very advanced.

• You will produce analyses regarding the feasibility of adopting new business directions

• To the extent that you have the necessary skills, you will manage the company's online marketing portfolio and/or engage in social media campaigns

Requirements:

• Advanced English writing/reading is mandatory (the interview will include a section testing written and verbal skills). Applicants with a level below required will not be considered

• You must be able to work both in a team and independently

• You must be able to very quickly assimilate information in a clear, structured and logical way to form a correct overview of the services you will promote

• You must have the ability to make efficient decisions quickly
