Can I customize my dedicated server?
Yes, any of our "non-instant" dedicated servers can be fully customized to your needs — thousands of combinations are possible. You can choose from one to four processors, from one to 100 hard drives, RAM from 2 GB up to 1000 GB, and many other intermediate options.
All you need to do is select the desired base configuration from our list of available servers, then click the red "Configure" button to start customization. On the next page, you can choose the processor, RAM, storage and other components according to your preferences.
How long does activation of a dedicated server take?
Depending on the chosen operating system, our instant-activation servers can be ready to use in just 20 minutes. For the most popular configurations, the average activation time is approximately 5 minutes, so in many cases your server will be ready just a few minutes after order completion.
Generally, Windows servers activate slightly slower than Linux ones, and the duration may vary based on location and chosen configuration. If you choose a standard configuration, servers ordered in our Romania or other-country locations are usually activated the same day. For other locations, activation may take up to a week due to equipment transportation.
Is there an installation fee?
Normally we do not charge any installation fee for dedicated servers. However, if you choose a custom configuration that requires ordering special components, an additional installation fee may apply. This also applies to our GPU servers.

Can I upgrade my dedicated server later?
Yes, both our instant-activation servers and custom servers in other locations can be upgraded later. You can opt for a more powerful processor, more RAM or additional storage according to your needs.
To discuss the available options, open a ticket with our sales team. You will receive pricing and availability information, and once the offer is accepted, our team will work with you to set the right time for the upgrade.
How many IP addresses will I receive with the server? Can I buy additional IPs?
Custom servers: All our custom servers include 1 free IP address. Once the server is active, you can purchase additional IPs at €4.00 EUR per month per IP. To request additional IPs, open a ticket with our sales team to discuss available options and prices.
Instant-activation servers: Depending on the chosen configuration, our instant-activation servers may include a /29 subnet (up to 8 IPs, of which 5 are usable).
What RAID options do you offer?
If you need RAID 1, our instant-activation servers generally use software RAID. If you want RAID 5, 6, 10 or other variants, we can add these options using a hardware RAID controller.
In the custom server configurator, after you select a second hard drive, you will see available options for RAID 1, RAID 5 and RAID 10.
Do you offer server administration services?
Yes, we offer managed services for Linux, Windows and cPanel servers. Detailed information about this service and what it includes can be found on our Server Administration page.
