There are traffic analysis solutions, but by far the best reporting is offered free by Google Analytics. It provides much more interesting information than the simple statistics offered by cPanel.

Web hosting services are unmanaged. This means we provide the necessary infrastructure for your application to work (hardware support and Internet connectivity), together with popular management tools such as cPanel, which allow a user without much technical experience to create and manage an FTP account, an email account, a database, etc., themselves. Of course, as time permits, we will gladly help you with relevant questions, but we cannot help if you ask how to install WordPress or what FTP is.

If we knew how to make every email reach the recipient inbox we would be EURO billionaires - nobody knows the perfect recipe. We try to give you a minimum help to increase your chances that your messages reach the Inbox, such as the dedicated IP for each hosting account. However, the "whitelisting" process is extremely long and restrictive. You should not buy email lists and bombard them with spam, ignore unsubscribe requests from people who once opted in. We recommend: enable both DKIM and SPF in the Email Authentication section of your cPanel account, and find ways to instruct your recipients to click the Not Spam button if your messages land in the Spam folder.
